It lists only Recued-originated To Do task watches, re-reads a bounded batch of Microsoft To Do task, and closes the shared row when To Do reports completion. Rows that cannot be read remain open instead of closing from cached state. It can notify the owner on completion, but it never creates, updates, completes, deletes, mutates checklist items, adds linked resources, changes reminders or categories, touches attachments or open extensions, or otherwise mutates Microsoft To Do.
