Workflow origin for the Microsoft To Do task closure loop. It reads one task list for context, creates exactly one owner-approved active To Do task through recued-core.microsoft-todo.task.create, and when the task succeeds it seeds durable data.shared closure state for microsoft-todo-task-closure-watcher. It uses deterministic owner-provided fields rather than AI and does not update, complete, delete, batch-update, mutate checklist items, add linked resources, touch attachments or open extensions, mutate Outlook categories outside task creation, or otherwise mutate Microsoft To Do beyond the approved task create.
Microsoft To Do Task Closure Loop
Workflow pack for Recued-created Microsoft To Do tasks. It composes the Microsoft To Do capability pack with a closure ledger: create one owner-approved task in an existing task list, persist only the connection/list/task linkage in data.shared, and let a scheduled watcher re-read that exact task until Microsoft To Do reports completion. This pack does not replace Microsoft To Do reminders, categories, checklist items, linked resources, daily digests, Outlook task surfaces, shared-list permissions, attachments, open extensions, or general task dashboards; it adds Recued-visible closure state for To Do tasks Recued created.
What this pack installs
This pack installs the complete recipe workflow together. 2 supporting recipes run as background automation.
Scheduled adopter for Microsoft To Do task closure rows seeded by create-microsoft-todo-task-with-closure. It lists only Recued-originated To Do task watches, re-reads a bounded batch of Microsoft To Do task, and closes the shared row when To Do reports completion. Rows that cannot be read remain open instead of closing from cached state. It can notify the owner on completion, but it never creates, updates, completes, deletes, mutates checklist items, adds linked resources, changes reminders or categories, touches attachments or open extensions, or otherwise mutates Microsoft To Do.
Low-frequency timeout role for recued-core/microsoft-todo-task-closure. It moves a bounded batch of expired rows from active to timed_out, deletes the active copy only after the durable timeout write succeeds, and notifies the owner once per batch.
Owner-visible list/close role for recued-core/microsoft-todo-task-closure. It lists bounded active, timed-out, and closed rows. Supplying a timed-out or closed key deletes only that exact terminal row; active watches cannot be deleted here.
