Recued is operated by RECUED LDA, a company registered in the Macao Special Administrative Region under registration number 114082 (SO), at RM C1 9/F, Edf. Centro Comercial Chong Fok, 26-28 Avenida Marciano Baptista, Macau.

1. Which part do you need help with?

Recued is a self-hosted product. The server is the thing that runs your recipes, holds your data, and talks to your accounts — everything else is a way of seeing or reaching it. Telling us which surface you are on gets you a faster answer.

• Recued server — the program you install and run yourself. It stores your mail, calendar, files, contacts and memory locally, holds your credentials, and executes every recipe. Install it on Linux or Windows with one command; see Get started. Your data lives here, on your machine, and support cannot see it.
• Webclient — the app at app.recued.com. It pairs to your own server and is display and input only; it runs no recipes.
• Recued Bridge — a free, optional browser extension that lets recipes act on web pages you approve, and shows OS notifications. It executes only what your server hands it and holds no engine state of its own. It has no purchase, subscription, checkout, Pro promotion, or paid-feature entitlement.
• Recued cloud — the marketplace, your account, and (on Pro) a public name and certificate for your server. It never routes your recipe traffic and never decrypts your data.

If your question is about a recipe run, a connection, or your data, it is almost always the server, and the answer usually lives in that server's own logs and audit trail rather than with us.

2. User controls and data requests

• You control self-hosted server data through your server configuration, export, backup, and deletion tools. Recued has no copy of it.
• You can revoke extension site access through your browser's extension controls.
• You can uninstall Recued Bridge to remove the extension from your browser profile.
• You can clear local browser or extension storage using browser controls.
• You can request account access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction by emailing privacy@recued.com.

4. Recued Bridge

Recued Bridge is a Manifest V3 browser extension. Its single purpose is to act as a thin browser actuator for a user-paired Recued server: it opens the Recued side panel, stores local pairing and queue state, requests per-origin grants when a user-approved recipe needs a page, executes approved browser actions, and shows user-facing notifications.

It is free. It contains no purchase flow, subscription, paid-feature unlock, Pro promotion, or entitlement check, and a Recued cloud account is not required to pair it with a self-hosted server. It is not an advertising product, analytics product, data broker, search extension, or general browsing-history collector.
