Book many lines at once
For the month you pick, every bank statement line that is not in your books yet and has a suggested account is listed with that account and where the suggestion came from:
- Your earlier bookings — you booked a line with exactly the same description to this account before, however long ago (the most recent one wins).
- AI suggestion — the account your AI model picked when you ran Suggest accounts with AI.
Tick the ones that are right and press Book ticked as suggested. Each line is booked to its own suggested account, up to 30 at a time, all in one transaction.
What it trusts
Each tick carries the line and the account exactly as they were shown to you. When you press the button, the suggestions are worked out again, and a line is booked only if it still has that same suggestion — a line whose suggestion changed in the meantime is skipped and counted, never booked to a different account.
Only accounts you have
A suggestion is shown only if the account is open, uses your bank account's currency and is not the bank account itself. Lines with no usable suggestion are counted; book them with Book bank lines.
Limits of this version
Your earlier bookings are matched on the exact description, so a bank that adds a changing reference to every line will rarely match; the AI suggestion covers those.
A closed month
While a month is closed (see Close the month), nothing in it is booked or matched here; reopen it first.
