Decide whether project work needs a Cal.com meeting
Use “Decide whether project work needs a Cal.com meeting” in Recued. Review recent project activity, decide whether coordination should stay asynchronous, and create a focused booking only from supplied attendee emails and a live slot.
Complete workflow
Use Project Intervention - Cal.com in Recued. Review recent project and task activity, keep coordination asynchronous when possible, or approve a focused booking using only supplied attendee emails and current Cal.com availability.
You are viewing one recipe in this workflow. Installing it opens the complete pack so its other recipes and background automations arrive together.
Meet only when the project needs it
This recipe examines the projects and tasks you select, focusing on rows whose current updated_at is at or after the activity time you supply. That timestamp shows that a row was touched; it does not show which field changed or why. AI uses this current snapshot to distinguish work that needs synchronous coordination from work that can stay asynchronous.
It also checks the chosen Cal.com event type and current availability. No available slots is a valid result: the recipe can still recommend asynchronous follow-through or explain that a meeting may be needed but cannot yet be scheduled.
People and time must match
You supply the primary attendee and optional guest emails. AI may recommend only those people, must include the primary attendee, and must choose a start returned by Cal.com during the same run. An invented person or time is removed before booking.
Preview before creating a commitment
Preview is the default and creates nothing. Book mode creates one Cal.com booking only when the evidence supports a meeting, confidence meets your threshold, the attendee and slot checks pass, and you approve the Cal.com operation. The recommendation remains temporary. Only the resulting Cal.com booking is durable, and its UID can feed the separate Meeting Prep recipe.
