Complete workflow
Use Meeting Change Impact - Cal.com in Recued. When Cal.com reports a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show, see which selected tasks may be affected and approve only supported due-date changes.
You are viewing one recipe in this workflow. Installing it opens the complete pack so its other recipes and background automations arrive together.
Calendar changes can affect project work
This automatic recipe receives a signed Cal.com cancellation, reschedule, or no-show event, then re-reads the booking and the projects and tasks you selected. It shows which current tasks, due dates, and follow-through may need attention instead of merely repeating the calendar change. It does not read a historical task audit or every commitment in Recued.
The change must still be visible
A cancellation must read back as cancelled. A reschedule must expose a current reschedule relationship. A no-show must still appear on the host or an attendee. A proposed due-date change is kept only when the task was read during the same run, the new date is valid, and confidence meets your threshold.
Approval boundary
Preview changes nothing, and its automatic-run output is not saved as a review page. Apply mode pauses before each supported task update. The recipe never changes progress, completion, ownership, project state, or the Cal.com booking, and it sends no messages. New work, communications, and ambiguous consequences remain recommendations for review.
