Use “Return windows from deliveries” in Recued. When an email says a parcel was delivered, it adds a commitment that stays open for the days you choose (30 by default), so you can decide whether to send it back, and closes by itself once that window has passed. It starts on the delivery, not on a timer, and never contacts a shop or carrier.
