Use “Distill newsletters weekly” in Recued. Reads the newsletter mail filed in one folder over the past week, groups it by sender, and renders one reading digest: a dated table of what arrived plus a per-source summary of what each sender covered. It reads information without changing data in the connected service.

Use “Seed daily note” in Recued. Writes today's daily note into the vault: a markdown file holding today's confirmed calendar events, the contacts and projects carrying the most open loops, and a carryover block copied from yesterday's note.

Use “File meeting notes to vault” in Recued. Files notes you captured during a meeting as a markdown note in the vault, headed with the matching calendar event's title and time, and records a provenance link from the event to the note. Paste the notes into the notes variable and name the event with eventid.

Use “Clip research capture” in Recued. Files a passage of research text into the vault as a markdown clip: extracts the claims, entities and topics it states, writes the note with the source URL recorded as provenance, and links the note back to that URL. Supply text (the passage itself) and sourceurl.

Use “Build flashcards from notes” in Recued. Reads the vault notes you name in notepaths, turns their material into question/answer pairs, and writes them as a CSV deck ready to import into a spaced-repetition app. Returns the pairs as a table and the deck as copyable CSV.

Use “Track learning goals” in Recued. Weekly progress rollup over the projects you use to track learning goals: how each is moving, which have stalled, and which have no next action booked. It reads information without changing data in the connected service.
