Render service operations digest

by recued-core v1

Scheduled read-only Render service operations digest. It reads one service, recent deploys, service events, custom domains, jobs, and logs through recued-core.render, renders compact review tables, and can send an in-app nudge when service activity is visible. It never creates, updates, deletes, suspends, resumes, runs jobs, reveals credentials, reads connection-info, mutates env vars/secrets, or calls arbitrary Render API routes.
