Enable a Microsoft Entra user

by recued-core v1

Approval-gated Microsoft Entra user enable workflow for one account. It reads the user for context, then calls recued-core.microsoft-entra.user.enable for exactly that user with accountEnabled=true. It does not reset credentials, change MFA, assign licenses, change group memberships, or call arbitrary Graph APIs.
