Approval-gated dbt Cloud run cancellation workflow. It reads the selected run and visible run steps for context, then cancels exactly one run through recued-core.dbt-cloud.run.cancel. It does not trigger jobs, retry or rerun failed runs, mutate jobs or projects, cancel any other run, or call arbitrary dbt API routes.
