Approval-gated Google Meet link creation workflow. It creates one Meet space with explicit access, entry-point, moderation, attendance, recording, transcription, and smart-notes settings through recued-core.google-meet.space.create. It does not schedule a Calendar event, invite attendees, patch space settings after creation, start live media capture, download artifacts, or call arbitrary Google APIs.
