Approval-gated Replicate workflow for canceling one running prediction. It reads the prediction first for context, then calls recued-core.replicate.prediction.cancel. It does not create predictions, start trainings, mutate models/deployments, upload/download files, reveal secrets, or call arbitrary Replicate API routes.
