Approval-gated CircleCI workflow cancel workflow. It reads the workflow and current jobs for context, then cancels exactly one workflow through recued-core.circleci.workflow.cancel. It does not cancel individual jobs, rerun workflows, approve hold jobs, trigger pipelines, mutate schedules/triggers, or call arbitrary CircleCI API routes.
