Browserbase session launch brief

by recued-core v1

Approval-gated Browserbase session launch workflow. It creates one bounded browser session, returns launch status and connection URLs, and summarizes the session configuration. It never runs browser commands, configures external proxies, uploads files, installs extensions, creates certificates, or calls arbitrary Browserbase routes.
