It fetches who's-out entries, time-off requests, time-off types, policies, and optionally one saved report through recued-core.bamboohr, then asks core.ai.summarize for absence coverage and approval-readiness guidance. It does not create, approve, deny, supersede, or cancel requests, assign policies, mutate employees, administer webhooks, or call arbitrary BambooHR endpoints.
